Will my order be delivered in eco-friendly packaging?

Yes. All of our orders will be packaged in 100% biodegradable packaging. We ask that customers please re-use, recycle, or compost any packaging we send!


What if I am not 100% happy with my order?

We are sure you will love all of our fab products. However, if from some reason you wish to return your product, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We only ask that the product must be unused.                         

Please note: Unless the item ordered is damaged or faulty or there was an error on our part, the costs of returning the item are non-refundable. We cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit or returned goods that do not arrive. We recommend a tracked delivery service.

Will there be any more products being sold at Ecologue?

Yes of course, we are always looking to reinvest in new products. Drop us a message if you have any ideas, we want to make sure that we are stocking what you want!


I sell a product that I think you may be interested in, do you take on new suppliers?

Yes, we would love to hear from you regarding innovative new ideas on reducing
waste.
